Good computer service begins with the ability to perform focused diagnostics. Some repair centers charge a non-refundable fee up front; anywhere from $60 to $200 - just to perform diagnostics on your computer. High rates for diagnostics usually indicate that a company doesn't have the right tools or knowledge to perform diagnostics quickly and efficiently. We don't collect money until we've worked for you. We charge only $40 for diagnostics and this fee is waived when you have us complete the repair. If you decide not to complete the repair, or if repair isn't cost effective (for example, an older machine that simply isn't worth repairing) all you owe us is the basic diagnostic fee.

Our diagnostic procedures and equipment get the job done right the first time, on any computer or networking device from any manufacturer. Some diagnostics and repairs can be done remotely with our state-of-the-art remote assistance software. We also use an electronic ticketing system that allows you to track the progress of your repair job from the time you drop off your computer through completion.
